Ordering & Lead Times
Do you do custom orders / commissions?
I used to take on more custom commissions, but with current demand it’s now something I only do occasionally.
Custom builds will cost more than my regular listings, and unless agreed otherwise, I reserve the right to create and sell similar versions in the future. This is the best middle ground I've found to still keep prices somewhat reasonable! If you’re interested, drop me a message and I can let you know if I have a slot open.
When will my order ship?
I aim to dispatch in-stock frames within 5–10 working days, and custom builds / made to order frames within 2–4 weeks. These timeframes give me enough room to handle orders alongside my full-time job and ensure each piece is made with care!
Why does it take that long?
Every frame is handmade, and some require sourcing specific games, controllers, or custom prints. I’m also still refining my process!
What happens if there’s a delay?
If anything is going to take longer than stated, I’ll get in touch with an updated ETA and options.
Materials
Are the games / controllers genuine?
Yup! All games, cases, sleeves and controllers are authentic.. For teardown displays, I repurpose faulty controllers so nothing playable gets wasted! Only thing I might change are cases for either aesthetic purposes or If they're really in bad condition!
Where do the parts come from?
Mostly from my own growing stockpile, but sometimes I hunt for specific pieces or buy in bulk!
What condition can parts come in?
Because these are handcrafted displays using original, sometimes decades-old games and controllers, you may notice small marks or signs of age. I try to source things in the best condition possible and never ship anything I wouldn't be okay with myself.
Shipping
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from Ireland fully tracked with An Post.
Which countries do you ship to?
At launch I'm limiting it to Ireland, UK. Spain, Germany & Netherlands! Hopefully with some success and growing pains along the way I can expand to more!
Which couriers do you use?
I mainly use An Post and all postage prices are based specifically on them.
Will I pay customs, VAT or duties?
If you’re outside Ireland, your local customs or postal service may charge fees. I can’t predict or cover these costs, so please check your country’s rules before ordering.
Returns, Damage & Order Issues
What’s your returns policy?
You can return frames within 14 days of delivery if they’re in the same condition you have received it. You must cover the return postage cost of any change of mind returns.
What if my frame arrives damaged?
Please photograph the packaging and the frame (all sides) and email me within 48 hours of delivery. This helps with insurance claims and speeds up replacements. I’ll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If I haven’t started building or shipped it yet, I’ll do my best to help. Custom orders may not be cancellable once materials are cut, printed, or assembled.
My order never arrived . what do I do?
First, check your tracking link and local postal depot. If there’s still no sign after the estimated delivery window, contact me and I’ll work with the courier to investigate.
